Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including complete address and working contact number. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Damaged Goods
Certain perishable items may have restricted delivery zones to prevent spoilage. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
In the event of a damaged, lost, or misplaced package during transit, please inform customer support immediately with photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
