- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or physically defective upon delivery.
- An incorrect item was delivered to you that does not match your order summary.
- Claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
- Products must remain unused and preserved in their original packaging when requesting a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and health considerations for food products:
- Perishable food items cannot be returned or refunded if delivered in fresh and good condition.
- Products purchased during special promotional discounts or clearance sales are non-refundable unless verified as damaged or spoiled.
3. How to Request a Refund
Reach out to customer support via email or phone within 2 days. Kindly share your order number, product details, and high-resolution photographic proof showing the damage or quality issue for quick processing.
4. Refund Processing
Upon verification of your claim, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originated from our end.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged, spoiled, or wrong products delivered, we may offer an immediate free-of-cost product replacement instead of a refund, depending on current stock availability.
